I LOVE SALMON, so I have to find different ways to prepare it, to keep it interesting. I stumbled across a recipe that would work great alone or as a staple ingredient for a healthy meal. You can also crumble the salmon dish in bits over a salad with gorgonzola or feta cheese. If you’re not into salmon try mahi mahi.
